Online Course to Free Yourself from Narcissistic Abuse

Narcissist Abuse Can Leave You Feeling...
My Online Course Will Help You...

Does this sound familiar?

“I have a hard time knowing what I want in my life.  I can easily meet the needs of others but it’s much harder when it comes to me.”

“I always feel like there’s something wrong with me.  Whether it’s how I look, what I say, what I think…it all just feels like it’s bad.”

“If I want something different than someone else, it’s really hard to say so.  I fear their ridicule, rejection and contempt….even though I know that’s probably not gonna happen!”

“I’m so used to thinking everything is my fault that I don’t see when other people are at fault.  This can lead to having people in my life who don’t treat me very well.”

Stop coming in second in your own life
and start coming in first!

If you grew up with a narcissistic parent or had a narcissistic partner, you had to learn to put your needs, happiness, even existence second.  That was a matter of survival.  If you’re reading this, then you are likely ready for that to change.

As ready as you are to reclaim your sense of self-worth, deservedness, and right to be independent the “lessons” of narcissistic abuse can interfere.  This can feel frustrating and in some cases lead to further self-blame.  You might get angry with yourself for not being able to “overcome” the lasting effects of being mistreated this way.

There are ways to free yourself from narcissistic abuse that work

Let's take a look at what's possible...

Imagine if you could...

"This course is packed with mind-opening insights into both the abuse and how to recover from it. There is no padding or fluff, and at times it felt as if his every sentence laid out a breakthrough concept for me. Jay’s compassion for the sufferer of narcissistic abuse and deep understanding of how we have coped is helping me see myself in this light; as a person who did amazingly well in a terrible situation, and that the problems I have in my life that can be traced to this abuse are things that I can, slowly and gently, overcome."

"It's been difficult for me as a survivor to fully grasp and verbalize the deep pain and emptiness I've carried for as long as I can remember. So much of it began occurring in pre-verbal years. Being able to hear it explained in such clear and specific ways has been profoundly helpful for me."

"I wish I had the earlier material two to ten years ago when I was really struggling with guilt but staying in contact was causing so much stress and keeping me down. But it is good to have this information all in one place in case I ever relapse. I spent many years obsessively reading because I was trying to understand and this course could have saved me a lot of that time and energy. You sum it all up so clearly. You are really helping people."

"I watch your youtube channel regularly and it's been invaluable. I wasn't sure whether this course would offer enough fresh material but I wanted to support your work. But the fresh material is really great. I should have known it would be. I love the safe person chart. And the story about your childhood friends.. I have already used it to help my daughter."

"I did already quite a lot of research after “having figured out what is going on” about six months ago, but nothing out there resonates as well and on point with me as former scapegoat, than how Jay explains things. I really feel understood and encouraged to trust my own perception again and I like how he encourages one to leave the family. Really no one has to stay in such a situation and lets him or herself torture until the end of days. Thanks Jay for your work!"

About Me

I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC) in San Francisco, California and specialize in helping individuals recover from the impacts of a narcissistic parent or partner.  I try to bring my professional and personal understanding about the inequalities in relationship to a narcissist to build a sense of compassion, safety and empowerment for those working to recover.  I have a YouTube Channel with weekly videos on recovering from Narcissistic Abuse.

I developed this course, because I can only work with people in the state of California, and many more people have indicated an interest in services to make progress in their recovery.  Also, for those who cannot afford ongoing individual therapy, I wanted an option that would offer value for less than the cost of a single therapy session.
